As one of the most accessible hotels in the UK we pride ourselves on an inclusive environment and offer a range of supported placements and employment opportunities for the disabled community. Our aim is to create a community within the hotel that reflects the community outside of the hotel.
We want to encourage more hospitality businesses to strengthen the confidence and communication skills of young people, giving them a solid grounding for their future. We are really looking forward to learning from others to strengthen our work experience programmes even further.
