We currently have vacancies in Dorset Careers Hub, in both our core team and within Dorset Council. These are exciting roles, striving to deliver excellence in careers education in our schools & colleges.
The Operational Hub Lead oversees the broader network of institutions and our various stakeholders, identifying and filling gaps in provision, through strategic projects and events. Managing fund applications, data analysis and reporting are an important part of this job.
The Enterprise Coordinator has a caseload of Dorset Council Area schools and works directly with their careers leaders to ensure that young people have access to guidance and advice on educational and employment pathways, through strong links to providers and local enterprise.
You must be a passionate, driven and tenacious people-person and consummate team player, with excellent relationship building skills, for these roles. Both are one year contracts.
